The Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Clinics, Ltd., founded in 1952 by Dr. Harold Boyer, is the oldest continually operating specialty group in Southern Nevada. Founded when there were only 31,000 people in the Valley, Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Clinics, Ltd., now provides complete dermatology services for over 1,000,000 people, serving all of Las Vegas as well as the surrounding communities of Boulder City, Henderson, Laughlin, Moapa, Tonopah, Logandale, Barstow, Needles, Bullhead City and Kingman.

Dr. Lucius Blanchard joined the practice in 1978 as a partner, and eventually went on in the early 1980’s to become sole proprietor of Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Clinics, Ltd. His expertise in Mohs skin cancer surgery led Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Clinics to be the largest skin cancer outpatient surgery center in all of Nevada. In 2002, Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Clinics merged with West Dermatology to create a family of clinics whose expertise advances beyond the borders of Nevada and Arizona, to stretch throughout the entire state of California as well.

Physicians at Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Clinic specialize in all aspects of skin care, and offer general, pediatric, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology procedures. The Clinic is Las Vegas’ largest and most complete skin cancer diagnostic and treatment center, with physicians trained and certified in Mohs skin cancer surgery.

Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Clinics also carry complete lines of skin care products and perform a variety of cosmetic procedures, including Versapulse laser treatments for the removal of tattoos and treatment of vascular imperfections, Intense Pulsed Light Treatments, Laser Hair Removal, Botox®, Restylane™, Collagen, Sclerotherapy, Microdermabrasion, and Chemical Peels.
