Greg Wastek, M.D., Ph.D.

With an extensive background in medical research, Dr. Wastek is expert at understanding patients’ needs. But along with providing treatment, Dr. Wastek enjoys spending time with his patients. After all, that is what initially prompted him to move from the laboratory to the doctor’s office.

He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California; his M.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine; and his PhD in Neuropharmacology from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Stanford University and did fellowships at the Mayo Clinic and Stanford University.

In addition to his prolific lectures and published articles, Dr. Wastek has received several academic honors, including the Sandoz Foundation Fellowship and a Mead Johnson and Roche Neuroscience First Place Award.

At the heart of his accomplishments, however, remains his passion for helping patients find satisfaction in improved health and appearance. “I love the surgery, I love to reshape and rebuild.”
